To ask us to delete your personal data, email info@naturalbiocept.com from the address we hold for you, or WhatsApp +65 9773 8377, with the subject "Data deletion request", your name, salon name and mobile number.
We confirm your identity, then delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices for five years), and tell you what we kept and why.
